Delete account

You can request deletion of your Sleep Sounds account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and include:

• The subject line: Delete my Sleep Sounds account
• Your account email (if different from the sender)

What gets deleted

• Your account identifier and profile data.
• Usage analytics associated with your account.

Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, invoices and transaction records).

Timing

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Cancelling subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel any active subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings before requesting deletion.
